3. Ensure appendix A is signed
4. Mandate info.
5. If applicable Intermediary Group Leader
6. On receipt of NCND, Seller will confirm price within 12-24 Business hours, soft offers will not usually be issued.
7. Buyer confirms agreement and:
8. Issues ICPO with Soft Probe authorization
9. Seller will contact Buyer/Mandate, issue FCO or Contract within 12 to 24 hours
10. Buyer and Seller agree procedure
